Nigerian women have a lot to contribute to the development of the nation, but unfortunately, their presence is not felt. It's sad at the way they allow their potentials to waste away.
What in your view is responsible for this? - Politics in Nigeria favours men. It's quite different from what holds in the United Kingdom. There, politics is hinged on merit. Here in Nigeria, there is no equality between the male and female. I believe everyone should be given an equal footing. We went to the same school and do possess the same certificates. Nigerian women need to speak out and put in their best to make a change. They shouldn't allow themselves to be pulled down.

Opposition Politician Says Edo Council Poll Was Perfect

The Chairman Conference of Registered Political Parties and National Secretary of Accord party, Mr. Samson Isibor on Friday described the controversial Edo Council polls as perfect, accusing the rival Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of trying to instigate a state of emergency.

40 year old actress Gabrielle Union was featured in People Magazine 100 Most Beautiful Women in the World issue and when asked how stays and looks young, she replied:

"I started drinking a gallon of water a day in my mid-thirties. It changed everything from weight maintenance, to hair, skin, nails and digestion. Plus, I stay younger by dating younger. Dip into the kiddie pool, ladies! It worked for me!

Men please explain this. What does 'I'm single and dating' mean?

I want to make this a topic of discussion because as a woman I don't understand what 'I'm single and dating' means'. When asked by Toolz in The Juice interview if he was dating, Banky W said, "I'm still very much single" and then he added. "I'm single and dating."

I know a lot of guys understand what he means by that, so please explain to us ladies. I'm thinking he means he doesn't have an official girlfriend or anyone he's serious with, but has a woman/women he takes out and chops any how...lol. I don't have a girlfriend but I get my groove-on on a regular basis. Is that what single and dating means? And are some women OK with being in situations like this?
