bum - in a pair of casual yoga pants and a grey sweater.
The curvaceous 32-year-old
headed to the gym early on Tuesday morning downing some Quaker Oatmeal
Express as she went.
Kim looked pale and tired, going make-up free as she
clambered in to her waiting vehicle ready for the exercise session.
However her sleepy exterior didn't mean she wasn't ready
for action, she wrote on Twitter: "Rise and grind! Gym time."
Later in the day Kim
transformed her scruffy, washed-out look and re-emerged looking tanned
and fabulous in flattering black leggings and T-shirt combined with
orange strappy heels and a light chiffon shirt.

Madman Arrested With Double-Barrel Gun
Police operatives have arrested a man with a locally made double barrel gun and three toy guns at the Tolu area of Ajegunle, Lagos. The police are investigating to know what the man who residents described as mentally unbalanced was doing with guns.
The man simply identified as Monday was arrested in an abandoned school described by the police as hideout for armed robbers. While some residents believed that Monday is insane, others said he is an armourer to armed robbers.

Cancer patient Funmi Lawal dies
Funmi's left arm had to be amputated in January 2013 to save her life...unfortunately she still didn't make it. She died this morning at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital. The cancer had spread to her lungs and she had completely lost the ability to breathe without a respirator. May her soul rest in peace...amen.

Enugu – Port Harcourt Federal Road Goes Bad 3 Months After Rehabilitation
Barely three months after the busy Enugu-Okigwe-Umuahia-Port Harcourt federal road was rehabilitated under the supervision of FERMA, some portions of the road have gone bad again. |
This is because potholes have developed on the road, especially in the middle, endangering the lives of road users.
The potholes are mostly located between Ezinachi in Okigwe and Ofeme in Umuahia, a portion handled by one of the major contractors.
However, the stretch from Umuahia-back to Okigwe is in a better condition.

There is no let-up yet in the
incidences of sexual defilement in Nigeria. Seven-Year-old Chideira Jaja
was a recent victim of sexual defilement. The men who allegedly
violated her were aged 43, 21 and 19.
Chideira and her
aunt, Ngozi, recount the little girl’s ordeal in the hands of those who
sexually violated her.
Seven-year-old Chideira Jaja is a precocious girl. She is ebullient and intelligent. But beneath this little girl’s liveliness and enthusiasm is a serious pain that only love and counselling from discerning and adults can heal.
The pain is a direct consequence of how she was sexually violated by three paedophiles. And these unscrupulous adults, 43-year-old Kassim Mohammed, Oluwatobi Daramola and James Aniekan were alleged to have serially defiled the little girl between July 2012 and January 2013.
Oluwatobi and James were said to be about 21 and 19, respectively although they allegedly claimed to be 17.

Disabled Person Accused Presidency Of Killing Disability Bill
The Deputy Director, Centre for Citizens with Disability, David Anyaele has accused the presidency of “killing” the Disability Bill in the National Assembly.

Lawyer Recommends Ways To Restore Confidence In Judiciary
A lawyer, Idris Faro has recommended refresher courses and training for judges in Nigeria as a means of curbing the declining incidences of miscarried judgement.
