A North Carolina teen born with a rare condition that left
her without a nose or eyes is preparing for her final operation which
will give her a real nose.

Hooper, 16, will undergo three surgeries at Levine Children's Hospital
in Charlotte over the course of two weeks that will create a nose from
cartilage and bone taken from her skull.
And the good news has left the energetic teen ecstatic because for the first time she will be able to smell and breathe through her own nose.

He's Britain's most-tattooed man, with
80 per cent of his body covered in ink.

33-year-old Mathew Whelan is now struggling to find work as a result of
his devotion to body art.
After spending 300 hours in the tattooist's chair and having paid more than £20,000 for designs, Mr Whelan is currently volunteering in the office of a Liberal Democrat MP.
Body Art has expressed his wish to educate the world on his colourful beliefs.
But he also volunteers at the office of Liberal Democrat MP John Hemmings in Yardley, in Birmingham.
Mr Whelan, from Birmingham, said: 'I've got so much respect for the history of body modification.
'It's an art and a culture and when a group of kids stare at me, I'll talk to them an explain the history of it.
'People who do what I do treat their body like a temple. Like Christian's have Jesus, we have our bodies.'
He says he has wanted tattoos since the age of nine after seeing his Dad's and Uncle's.
But

Baby Delivered From Dead Mom Dies Just 8 Days After Birth
Once in a while you hear a story that
is just so tragic, you have a hard time wrapping your head around it.
And that's exactly how I reacted after hearing the story of a pregnant
woman named ShaChela Womack who was killed in a car accident on the way
home from her own baby shower.
Miraculously, doctors were able to deliver her baby girl, and the family clung to a small ray of hope that the child would survive and carry on the legacy of the mother she would never know.
But sadly, just eight days after being born, baby Ashlyn Leona showed little signs of brain activity and quietly died.
If having an expectant mom and her baby die within mere days of each other wasn't bad enough, it turns out that when the car accident occurred, ShaChela's 15-year-old son was the one behind the wheel.
And to add to the tragedy even further, ShaChela's husband, Ricky, wasn't even in town when the incident happened -- because he was attending his grandmother's funeral.

My family and friends are begging me to go back home, give my marriage a chance and have my baby there, but I don't know that I want to do that.
I'm staying at my parents house at the moment and yes my husband is also begging. So on top of being angry, I'm also confused.
