President Goodluck Jonathan Monday approved the recommendation of the
National Judicial Council (NJC) for the compulsory retirement of Justice
Charles Archibong of the Federal High Court, Lagos.
Last week Thursday suspended two judges, and requested the president
and Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang to respectively sack two judges,
Justice Charles Archibong of the Federal High Court, Lagos, and Justice
T. D. Naron of the High Court of Justice, Plateau State.
