The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the union had commenced an industrial action on Monday in reaction to the non-implementation of the consolidated salary structure for federal judiciary workers.
The union also said that a pact was reached between it and the Federal Government since 2009.

NAN also reports that the entrance to the court was locked by the union members, who refused members of staff entrance into the court premises.
A National representative of the union and an executive of its Lagos branch, Mr Tajudeen Adelenu told NAN that the action was in compliance with the resolution of the union.
According to him, the resolution was reached on March 5, at a special emergency National delegates conference of the union in Niger state, directing workers to embark on indefinite strike from March 11.
The Lagos representative of JUSUN had earlier pasted a circular signed by the National president of the union, Mr Marwa Mustapha, signalling the commencement of the strike.
According to him, the court will remain sealed until the demands of the union are met.
NAN reports that the federal courts affected by the action include: the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal High Courts, Customary Court of Appeal, Sharia Court of Appeal, and the National Industrial Courts.
NAN also reports that the Deputy Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court, Lagos, Mr Bello Okandeji, has directed all members of staff to go home and await further directives from the union.
