along, and her bump is definitely starting to pop.
Kim showed off her bulging belly in a tight blue skirt while heading off to brunch on March 24. However, a poppin’ baby bump isn’t the only thing that’s catching people’s eyes about these photos.
Kim was spotted entering a plastic surgeon’s office the day before, and in these photos, her face does appear puffier than usual. Based on her Instagram photos, Kim appears to have gotten acupuncture instead of plastic surgery.
But we’re still a bit confused. Do plastic surgeons usually offer acupuncture?
That’s not something we’ve heard of.
